My single-minded goal to work together is to build your business into a much more precise, concise, and functional brand. I value both long-term business relationships and short-term jobs. Many of my clients in the present started as smaller projects in the past. I try to keep my Payment Policies transparent and straightforward, but businesses are complex, and I have developed a well-rounded package of services that I hope will assist you on your brand journey. Flat-rate Projects

All flat-rate or fixed-priced projects contain one (1) original design (concept) and one (1) revision. When you schedule your flat-rate project, add your service to your cart and checkout. All payments are to be made in advance to begin your project.

Hourly and Monthly Projects

Hourly and Monthly projects work on a retainer basis, where you purchase a particular block of hours and I/we work on your project on a schedule determined after the project begins.

Quotes

Your 30-minute initial consultation is free of charge, where I can often give you an estimated cost, time permitting. I don't, however, prepare estimates based on e-mailed specifications. The reason is, at the moment, I am too busy to prepare detailed quotes before beginning your project. My best advice is to send a detailed project brief to me and your budget for approval or adjustment. You can often build a complete project in the Services section of my website to get an idea of your project's cost.

Work "on spec" Policies

Ideas & Pitches

I don't offer ideas or pitches for free, also commonly known as working "on spec." Working on spec is against the policies of my business, industry and is unfair to paying clients.

Tests

I don't complete design or development tests for free.

Recruitment Interviews

I don't complete Interviews for free outside of the 30-minute initial consultation.

Deposits and Ongoing Contract Policies

We can discuss partial payments and ongoing payments on large-scale and multi-year projects as your project proceeds by way of milestones we determine during the initial 30-minute consultation. For large-scale flat-rate projects I require a 50% deposit to begin the project, and 50% upon approval prior to delivery.
